Advanced 60-90 min

Real combat training - striking, grappling, conditioning. We've had amateur fighters come through here who couldn't keep up at first. You'll learn technique while getting beat down in the best way possible.

Powerlifting
STRENGTH

Powerlifting Program

Intermediate-Advanced 75-120 min

This ain't your average weight room stuff. We're talking serious barbell work - squat, bench, deadlift. Programming's periodized to actually get you stronger, not just sore. Expect PRs if you stick with it.

HIIT Training

High-Intensity Intervals

All Levels 45 min

Fast-paced, no BS conditioning work. We cycle through different movements - you'll be gassed but it's over quick. Great for fat loss and building that cardio base everyone hates working on.

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting

Intermediate 60-90 min

Snatch and clean & jerk - the technical stuff. Not gonna lie, takes time to get the movements down, but once you do? There's nothing like hitting a heavy lift overhead. We focus on technique before adding weight.

One-on-one work with our coaches. We'll build something specific to your goals - whether that's competing, losing weight, or just not feeling like garbage. Includes nutrition guidance because you can't out-train a bad diet.

Hybrid program mixing strength work with conditioning. You'll get stronger without sacrificing your cardio. Good middle ground if you're not ready to commit fully to powerlifting but want more than just cardio.

Yeah, we actually care about recovery here. Foam rolling, stretching, mobility drills - the stuff nobody wants to do but everybody needs. Your body'll thank you, especially if you're training hard the rest of the week.
